Reiki is a practice centered around the concept of life force energy, that can be channeled and worked into the body, restoring the natural energy flow and inspiring self-healing in the body. The Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit to activate and channel this healing energy, fostering relaxation and balancing of energy.

Preparation: Dress comfortably in clothing you can move in. Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of your session.
