Reiki is a practice centered around the concept of life force energy, that can be channeled and worked into the body, restoring the natural energy flow and inspiring self-healing in the body. The Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit to activate and channel this healing energy, fostering relaxation and balancing of energy.

Preparation: Dress comfortably in clothing you can move in. Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of your session. Prescription medication is completely fine and should be taken as prescribed. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to sign a waiver and get situated so your session can begin on time.

Bliss body is a spiritual dance ceremony for healing and transformation.

We will come together in ceremony to meet our different parts and deepen our layers of awareness. We will embark on a treasure hunt through self-inquiry, stillness, movement and community to both leap into the new and strange and return to what we already know: deep wisdom, love and bliss are at the core of our core.

The initial guided practice will start by exploring the dynamic relationship between structure and function followed by exploratory movements, and breaks for ecstatic dance or whatever else you might need.

The ceremony closes with foam-rolling, restorative stretching, invitational sharing and tools for integration.

No dance or yoga experience necessary.

Wear comfy clothes you enjoy moving and rolling around in.

Bring your child-like curiosity, water bottle, and a journal + pen.
